Cardiff-By-The-Sea Music and Arts Salon draws inspiration from the historic music salons of 17th and 18th century Europe, brought into SoCal and the 21st century, as well as the vibrant salons in north county coastal San Diego. We create an intimate space for performers to share their talent with appreciative audiences.
The Composer District which is nestled within Cardiff-by-the-Sea has a rich history and inspires us to offer diverse musical expressions and performances that are classical music based.
Our mission is to create a world of peace, harmony, and joy through building community around music and the arts.

This salon was founded by Hillel Katzeff and is a program offered by the Encinitas Friends of the Arts.
