We work to increase cultural programming, help drive arts education (particularly for the underserved), and support the installment of public art.
Ballet Folklorico de San Diego
Ballet Folklorico de San Dieguito is a youth dance education program for children ages 7-16, drawing participants from several North County cities and provides an opportunity for socioeconomically disadvantaged youth to participate in an enrichment program they would otherwise not have access to.

This annual celebration brings together local and regional talents celebrating the visual and performing arts related to a major Mexican cultural event. Dia de los Muertos offers free family-friendly programming to North County residents uniting people of all backgrounds and traditions.

Mariachi Band
This mariachi is comprised of young men and women that come together to learn about their culture, perform music that they enjoy, and go on educational trips. The goal is to encourage students to finish high school and continue their education.

These one-day events help the organization raise funds to sustain future events while elevating cultural offerings and drawing recognition to local and regional artistic talent through multi-disciplinary experiences (music, visual & performing and culinary arts).

EFA is pleased to supports the efforts of the local artists, community based arts organization and City of Encinitas Division for the Arts in establishing public art policy while integrating art into the public spaces through advocacy and fundraising activities.

Consisting of high school students who are committed to increasing the visibility of the arts at their schools, this council advises the board on programs and priori- ties to increase arts engagement among their peers.

Flea Market
EFA sponsors and produces the Flea Market at Pacific View with Encinitas Arts Culture and Ecology Alliance. This is an ongoing community event that started in July of 2017. One of a kind gifts are the order of the day and keepsakes and new treasures are abundant.
