Ballet Folklorico de San Dieguito is a youth dance education program for children ages 7-16. Currently serving over 40 students, the program draws participants from several North County cities and provides an opportunity for socioeconomically disadvantaged youth to participate in an enrichment program they would otherwise not have access to. The program is run by an independently-contracted dance instructor who offers classes to students for a nominal fee at the Encinitas Community Center. EFA supports this program by fundraising to offset costume expenses and augmenting the costs of instructional costs.
